Why doesn’t my username and password work?

If you have not ordered since May 2019 you will need to request a new password. If you do not receive a new password your email on file might be out of date. Please email for a password reset.


How do I place a repeat order?

You can choose Re-Order from the “Order Details” button on the “View Orders” page. Note the “Jxxxxxx” number. When a new quote is created, use the Pencil Icon to edit the title and indicate the previous order number for artwork.


Can I print or email my quote before I purchase it?

You can create a .PDF of the Quote or Quote Summary by clicking the Printer icon, or email it using the Email icon.


What if I have special instructions or a PO Number for my order?

Text notes and PO numbers can be entered at the lowest-left portion of the Order Summary screen.


What if I have an order that needs to be rushed?

We advise you call us if your job has tight turnaround time at 626-599-9696.


How do I submit artwork?

Artwork is uploaded after the Payment Screen. Artwork upload is designed for a single PDF with multiple pages. If we have your artwork in archive please click “Confirm” to advance with temporary placeholder artwork.


What shipping should I choose?

Most orders will use either the Single (We recommend you use FedEx Ground for your most economical shipping method) or Pickup option.

Single is a single address. Use the (+) icon to add a new delivery address to your account.  If no pricing returns after 30 seconds, try to edit your address to be as complete as possible (North instead of N, Boulevard instead of Blvd, etc). You can use the Search field at the top of the Address pop-up window to verify your address with FedEx address database.

Multiple is for split-shipments, and you must enter the quantity and assign a shipping method and an address to each shipment.  Please click “Create Delivery” to lock in each unique shipment before proceeding.  When all quantities are assigned the Multiple Shipments procedure is complete.

The Contact Name for the Shipping will be the name on the FedEx package. Use the Plus (+) icon to add a new name.


Can I pick up my order?

Orders can be picked up for no charge at our production facility by selecting Pickup. Orders will be ready at our large 3733A San Gabriel River Parkway, Pico Rivera, 90660 address. There are no will calls at our Downtown LA location.


Can I get a copy of my invoice?

You can download your invoice for your records to your “Downloads” folder with the Blue button before clicking the green “Proceed” button to go to the Upload screen for the Artwork Submission. You can always return and download your current and past invoices from the “View Orders” >> “Order Details” screen on the right-hand side.


Where do I enter my coupon code?

If you have a Coupon Code you can enter it in the Promo Code box just above the total on the Order Summary screen.


How do I edit my permanent Billing Address or Account information?

You can edit your billing address and contact info by clicking on the Pencil beside the field.
